🕛 Reschedule & Cancellation

We understand that plans may change.

48 hours before: Free cancellation or reschedule.
24 hours before: Cancellation unavailable, but one free reschedule is welcome.
Within 12 hours: Both cancellation and rescheduling will incur a 50% service charge to cover scheduling costs.


The remaining balance will be refunded within 12 hours.

🏡 Before Service

Please secure your valuables before service begins.
If you have special cleaning needs or specific instructions, please inform us in advance.
Please ensure timely access to the property.
If we are unable to perform the service due to client-related reasons, the fee is non-refundable.

🧼 Cleaning & Operation Standards

We provide deep cleaning and organising services for both surface and interior areas.
We do not wash dishes, do laundry, or change bed linens.
We do not clean or treat high-value carpets, antiques, or luxury furniture to avoid potential damage.
We do not use ladders exceeding two steps for elevated cleaning.
We do not move or lift items over 25 kg (55 lbs).

🛡️ Safety & Privacy Protection

We do not enter or clean areas involving illegal drugs, intoxicated individuals, or active biohazard risks.
We decline cleaning of sites containing human or animal waste, body fluids, chemical spills, or any materials we consider unsafe or harmful.
We only take photos or short videos with client's authorisation, solely for remote service verification.
  All media are permanently deleted after completion.
We never disclose client information — your home and privacy are always protected.

 🌿 Hygiene & Eco-Friendly Standards

We use disposable cloths, mop pads, and toilet brush heads to avoid cross-contamination.
We use green, eco-friendly cleaning products to protect your health and our team’s well-being.

 ✅ Inspection & Completion

After each service, clients are invited to review the GlowHaus™ Cleaning Checklist with our team.
If you are not present, photos or videos will be used for remote verification.
All trash will be bagged and placed neatly in your home’s trash area — we do not remove or transport any waste offsite.
Once inspection is confirmed, the service is considered complete.

📍 Service Area & Home Size Confirmation

​Our service covers the main living areas of your home.
Garages, basements, and exterior spaces are not included.
For accurate pricing, we refer to the Total Living Area listed by the King County Department of Assessments.
